Sasha Nikolov (@sa66ani) is a stylist and a designer from Bulgaria. He’s currently majoring in styling at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) but already has experience in the industry. You can find him credited for his stylistic work under music videos that he collaborated on with artists both from his home country and Milano.

The project “DYSMPORHIA” is a dark green leather top with back lacing and piercing decorations. The inspiration from the project came from BDD or Body Dysmorphic Disorder. A mental health condition involving an obsessive, agonizing fixation on imagined or minor physical flaws. With his vision, @sa66ani wants to convey that feeling through visual representation. It shows how the body can be a constriction of the soul and mind. To achieve this, the leather was soaked in water and molded on a plastic mannequin, as it dried it retained the shape. At the end of this process any extra material was cut off and eyelids were applied with a hole puncher, a rough twine was used as the lacing. Lastly, the breasts were pierced and two nipple piercings were attached.
